Hi, I’m Rachel Plummer owner of Martin County ISR. My husband Danny and I have twin boys Davis & Darcy who are part fish! We also have two Mini Dachshunds Finch & Keely who love to greet my students when they arrive.

My boys went through the ISR swim program when they were babies, and I was absolutely astounded by how quickly they learned ISR’s aquatic survival skills and became independent in the water. Their instructor’s passion for the ISR mission of preventing childhood drowning was evident and inspiring, and I knew immediately that I wanted to teach ISR’s Self-Rescue program too. I cherish the opportunity to spread the same passion for saving lives to my community, and I’m excited and honored to offer this program to the Martin County area. I look forward to working with your family.
